I grant full permissions of The Textures for builders of using as selling items or personally using such as gift items. And therefore this TRANSFER permission is NOT meaning of grant for resale. Distribution of happa textures is not allowed in any case.

You should agree the following Terms of Use by purchasing happa full permitted textures:

Allowed:

• Using for parts of your builds. (Texturing to surfaces of builds which you yourself are creating. Not use for builds which others are creating.)
• Downloading happa textures to your computer; then making proper modification to the graphics so as to fit the texture to your builds, and re-uploading your modified texture.
• Downloading happa textures to your computer; then re-uploading the texture to your residing OpenSimulator grid, for using to parts of your builds.

NOT Allowed:

• Transferring happa textures to someone whether selling or not.
  (For example, reselling the texture itself; packing the texture itself as a freebie; giving away the texture itself to your friend; inserting the texture itself to your blog; … are not allowed.)
• Using happa textures except for your builds of The Second Life and The OpenSimulator grid.
  (For example, using as web site background; using to computer graphics; … are not allowed.)
• Using happa textures to your products which make the texture a main point of selling.
  (For example, using to simple ornaments for selling as your product; using to items like painting for selling as your product; using to building materials for selling as your product such as 1prim door, window … are not allowed.)
• Transferring and Using happa textures to OpenSimulator grids at which you are not residing.
  (residing: trust your sensibleness ;))

In short,

* You must NOT DISTRIBUTE the texture itself whether selling or not.
* You can use the texture ONLY for YOUR BUILDS in SECOND LIFE AND OPENSIM’S VIRTUAL WORLD.

(“the texture” includes your modified textures based on happa textures)

happa textures are completely original graphics made by Katlla Klees’ account holder, and the texture graphics are legally protected by common creative rights: the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works; World Intellectual Property Organization Copyright Treaty. It is the law of real world.
Please be prudently in re-uploading the textures for modification or for using on OpenSimulator grid. Handle carefully, must not transfer the textures to anybody. It’s your duty. If I found a doubtful act, such as resale of happa textures which includes modified textures based on happa’s, I will report your re-uploaded texture as illegal to the appropriate organization, even if the resale is the act done by other persons than you.
