*** Hint for night landscaping ***

Night Jewel’s texture is contrasty between light and darkness on leaves, therefore it seems like a illumination in the midnight scene when the ‘Full Bright’ option turns on.

I think it’s proper in the night scene that uses modest light (includes ‘Full Bright’, ‘Glow’) to a little parts of builds, not the whole of large builds, so normally default configuration of happa’s landscape item is off.
This ivy also has turned off the ‘Full Bright’ on default, therefore the no mod products cannot change to illuminant tree. Be careful not to make a mistake of purchasing, if you would like to illuminate the ivy at the night garden.

Trees are copyable and modifyable, including both the TREE Ivy (green) and the TREE Ivy Night Jewel series. And textures are full permissions.

From the reason of troublesome permission system on SL, basically, happa does not sell raw textures of plants. But as concerns ivy plants, I thought using textures is a need for landscape creators. Covers on a wall, ornament of garden, pleasant privacy screen, etc. … ivies are all-round plants for protecting pretty landscape, and I think builders are sure to want to make his/her ivies as he/she pleases.

Especially for the user of this product: TREE Ivy -For Builders, please pay special attention to the rule of prohibition to use to the products which make the texture a main point of selling.

For example …

If you have intention of selling/distributing plants and so you would like to use this product, you can not. Because the main selling point of most plants is exactly that texture.

But if you are a landscape creator such as garden designer, architect, house builder, etc., you will be able to use this product for your business in many cases. Because the main selling point of your work is the combination of various matters which consists of your own ideas, sense, style, and your creativity. If the thing is an unique work by that creator, texture of surface is just only a material assisting the creator, not the main.

This is a difference in the origin of creativity in that thing, regardless of kinds, sizes, ratios, or fees. If you ask me whether your utilization is allowed or not, I will be reply with ‘who is the true creator of that thing?’
I’ve never intended to prohibit all transferring plants which used happa’s textures. I think it’s right if the plant is an item included partially of your created thing.
And please remember, (I don’t think the commercial game is a bad activity on the Second Life but,) this package contents are the materials for builders and all landscape protectors, not profitable commodities for the resale or commerce.
